About the Role

This is a diverse and hands-on position that combines customer service, technical parts sales and warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts and solutions for their needs

  • Promoting and recommending products to both existing and new customers

  • Interpreting parts requirements using catalogues, databases and supplier resources

  • Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

  • Maintaining an organised, professional and visually appealing showroom

  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

  • Assisting with machine assembly, preparation and deliveries when required

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and successful branch

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • An interest in agriculture, machinery, mechanical products or parts sales

  • A current driver's licence

  • A forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)
